This policy applies to all products purchased through BotusMov official direct channels or authorized distributors. Special items or customized products may have separate service terms; please refer to the specific product page for details.
Ⅰ. Warranty Period
1. Product Warranty
Complete Machine Warranty: 1 year.
During the warranty period, if maintenance is performed as required and the product experiences performance failures not caused by human factors, free repair or replacement will be provided.

Ⅱ. Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and in a resalable condition. Returns without reason can be requested within 3 days of receipt.
Within 7 days of receipt, if quality issues arise, a return without reason can be requested.
(Quality issues refer to major component failures affecting functionality. Major components include: motor, engine, generator, battery, electronic control, electric drive, and walking system, excluding consumables. Functions include: walking, mowing, lifting.)
Special items (e.g., customized products) are not eligible for returns without reason; please refer to the specific product page.
2. Exchange Conditions
If the product cannot function properly due to quality issues, the customer can request an exchange within 15 days of receipt.
Replacement products will be shipped based on current inventory. If temporarily out of stock, shipment will occur once restocked.
3. Return/Exchange Process
Contact Customer Service: Submit a return/exchange request via hotline or online support within the specified period, providing order number, product photos, and other relevant information.
Verification: Customer service will review your request within 24 hours and confirm return/exchange details.
Return Product: Send the product back according to the address and method provided by customer service. Keep the logistics receipt for reference.
Processing Result: After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will promptly process the refund or exchange.
Ⅲ. Repair Service
1. Free Warranty Period
BotusMov provides at least one year of free warranty service for each sold product (excluding some special items). During this period, faults caused by non-human factors are eligible for free repair or replacement of key components.
2. Repair Process
Contact Customer Service: If a product issue occurs, register the problem with our service center and submit relevant supporting documents as instructed.
Inspection & Evaluation: We will perform an initial inspection and evaluation and provide you with a specific repair solution.
Repair Arrangement: Depending on the situation, we will arrange on-site service or guide you to send the product back for inspection and repair.
Completion: After repair, customers will be promptly notified, and the product will be returned.
3. Notes
Operate the product strictly according to the user manual to prevent damage caused by improper use.
Products beyond the warranty period or damaged due to personal reasons are eligible for paid repair services.
All return, exchange, and repair requests must go through official channels. Unauthorized disassembly will void subsequent service rights.
